In recent years, Leoni S.p.A. has undertaken a significant process of corporate renewal, aiming to respond more effectively to the increasing demands for quality, flexibility, and sustainability in the global market. The Digital Innovation project is part of this strategic framework, focusing on the adoption of advanced technologies and digital processes, including the purchase of state-of-the-art machinery and the implementation of an automated production line compliant with Industry 4.0 standards.
Project objectives
The main objective is to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes while reducing resource consumption and waste. The integration of new machinery with the company’s information system will enable continuous, real-time monitoring of production activities, improving responsiveness to market needs and ensuring a higher level of product quality.
The company aims to optimise production management, from semi-finished processing to final product shipment, ensuring greater operational flexibility and shorter delivery times. At the same time, the implementation of advanced technological solutions will contribute to improved environmental sustainability, reducing the ecological impact of production activities and strengthening Leoni S.p.A.’s commitment to responsible, future-oriented business practices.
The Digital Innovation project represents a significant investment for Leoni S.p.A., aimed at consolidating its leadership position in the promotional products sector and effectively addressing the challenges and opportunities of an ever-evolving global market.
The project involves a total investment of €96,342.75, supported by a regional contribution of €19,268.55.
